Product Profile

The Para-aramid fibre ("PPAT") of  Yizheng Chemical Fibre Company Limited ("the Company") is produced by liquid crystal 
spinning technology from rigid rod-like macromolecules (PPAT) polymerized by terephthaloyl chloride (TCL) and p-phenylenediamine
(PPD) solutions. The production facility, with hundred-ton capacity, has now got8 patens and the process technology of the product was developed through independent innovation, The Pra-aramid fibre, which is also called as Synthetic Wire, is of attractive golden appearance and is dften used as special structural materials with properties of light weight and heat resistance.

Product advantages

-High Strength:Weight/strength ratio is 6 times of steel wire,3 times of glass fibre and 2 times of high strength nylon.

-High Modulus:Weight/ modulus ratio is 3 times of steel wire,2times of glass fibre and 10 times of high strength nylon.

-Heat Resistance The Para-aramid fibre keeps 98% of the strenght after 500 hrs exposure under 160ºC and keeps still 75% of the strenght after 500 hrs exposure under 200ºC.
